We understand that time is very important in loan document processing that is why we made it a policy to process your orders within 30 minutes of receipt. When sending e-Docs, some files are slow to download and print. Printing takes 30 minutes or less, but could take up to two hours depending on how encrypted your documents are. To allow enough time for downloading, printing, review process,  and travel time allowance, we encourage you to give us 24 hours notice before the time of the appointment you made with your clients. Orders that are received within 5 hours are considered RUSH ORDERS. We will accept them, however, fees will be doubled. It is very important for everyone to recognize that giving us ample time to review your documents before and after signings will eliminate any room for mistakes. We will strive hard to accommodate any requests and to make YOU, our customers happy.

After the signing, we will review the entire documents for accuracy before forwarding them back to you. If during the review process an error is found, we will do everything to correct it. We will also provide you with the tracking number and drop off location.
